A Guide to Relaxing

One of the key elements of unlocking your innate metaphysical abilities is to relax!

By relaxing, we are calmer and in a more focused state of mind. Only then can we begin to tap into our amazing metaphysical abilities that we were all born with, by flowing within ourselves.

Meditation is a word which is encumbered with many preconceptions. It simply is one of the ways to reach a state of relaxation. Finding that state for some can be difficult to achieve.

There are several techniques that we can follow from many parts of the world.  There are videos and audio recordings on many websites that are readily available to us that could also help us reach a state of relaxation. You may need to try out several different techniques until you find the one that works for you.  Additionally, with consistency, you may find yourself in a relaxed state much sooner than you were during your first and second time.  Being in a relaxed state is going to allow you to listen to your Guides, see Spirits with your pineal and much more.

We would like to point out that we are not attempting to start a new belief system nor philosophy. The exercises offered here are simple and practical methods to help you relax and awaken your metaphysical abilities. Relaxation is the key!

So, let’s begin!

1. Choose a comfortable and quiet spot to sit or lay down. Any position you feel comfortable in, they are all fine!

2. If you choose to sit, keep your spine fairly upright without forcing yourself into position. If it feels uncomfortable, then adjust until you can sit upright comfortably. Sitting against a wall with a pillow near your lumbar is an acceptable position. Your energy flows much better when your back is upright.

3. Rest your hands however you feel comfortable. Close your eyes.

4. Take steady deep breaths. Focus on the breaths which enable you to let go of all your thoughts and worries for the day.

5. Continue step # 4 for 10 to 15 minutes.

6. After 10 to 15 minutes, you might find yourself in a very deep, trance-like state of mind. Your body could be extremely relaxed and it might even seem like you are not breathing anymore. Once you achieve that point naturally, you are ready to begin exploring your metaphysical abilities!
